Data controller
Confector ("we," "us"), located at Av. Bonampak, Calle Cereza 7A, office 402, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide us, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Data we collect
We collect the data you provide yourself when filling out this site's contact form: contact name, company or legal name, email address, service of interest, and a brief description of your project.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union or political affiliation, among others).

What we use your data for
Your data is used to follow up on your request, contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp, prepare proposals or quotes, and for internal statistical purposes on Confector's commercial performance.
We do not use your data to send you unsolicited advertising, nor do we sell it to third parties.

Who we share your data with
Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our technology infrastructure provider, and processed through WhatsApp Business (Meta) when you contact us through that channel. We do not share your data with any other third party unless required by law.

Your ARCO rights
You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO rights) regarding the processing of your personal data at any time, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to contacto@confector.mx from the email you contacted us with, specifying your request. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

Cookies and tracking technologies
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. Only the technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are used.
